ABOUT.
TOM MARTIN IS a UK BASED DIRECTOR OF PHOTOGRAPHY
working across commercials, narrative and music videos. Splitting his time between London and Birmingham, his visual style - bold, moody, and emotive - was forged shooting documentaries and branded content across the globe. He brings a unique blend of technical precision and intuitive lighting to every project, building grounded yet meticulously controlled, stylised realities for the screen.
His work has screened at Oscar, BAFTA, and BIFA-qualifying festivals worldwide and was featured in the official ARRI ALEXA 35 Showreel. In 2024, he was selected for the prestigious British Society of Cinematographers Mentorship programme, where he was mentored by Balazs Bolygo BSC, HCA.
Tom is a member of BAFTA Connect and the Guild of Television Camera Professionals (GTC). He owns an ARRI ALEXA 35 Xtreme camera package.
